Claire finds it impossible to erase the image of the enchanting stranger from her memory, a figure she had the misfortune of letting slip through her fingers after three unforgettable New Year's Eves spent in each other's company. On the fourth New Year's Eve, she finds herself solitary, her heart heavy. As the chimes of the clock herald the arrival of the New Year, she impulsively dashes into the street, her heart brimming with hope, in search of the man who has captured her dreams.
