Napoleon "Neech" Manley, a prisoner confined within the East Point State Penitentiary in Florida, faced the electric chair. As his life drew to a close, Neech foresaw his own resurrection and predicted the demise of five individuals who bore responsibility for his fate. Whispers of a hit list began to circulate, compelling Mulder and Scully to embark on a race against time to locate it before it could unleash its deadly consequences.
