简介：In this -far less successful, and consequently, shorter-lived- Baywatch spin-off series, Mitch Buchannon, the steadfast lieutenant tasked with overseeing lifeguards at an LA county beach, dons a dual role. By night, he takes on the cloak of a private detective, delving into and resolving a myriad of crimes. These often have some connection to his cherished beach and/or the vast ocean (for instance, as a smuggling route, a concealed hideout, or a disposal site). His endeavors are occasionally bolstered by a rotating cast of characters, which includes the youthful lifeguard, Griff Walker, among others.
