A youthful maiden is penning a series of tender missives, weaving the tale of "O" for her beloved's enjoyment, yet it appears to be as much a contest of wits. "O" is a renowned fashion photographer, who finds herself captivated by Rene, a man of considerable wealth. Rene introduces her to the opulent manor of Sir Stephen, where, for several weeks, alongside other women, she finds herself ensnared in a web of bondage. She is subjected to the cruelties of Sir Stephen, Rene, and their clique, enduring torture, degradation, and unspeakable sexual aggression.
